About this event

August Monthly Members Meeting and AGM:

Our August Members meeting and AGM will be at 7:30pm on Tuesday 26th August, 2025.  This will be a big one! 

There will be trophies presented for:
 * Trip Leader of the Year;
 * Trainer of the Year;
 * Jeeper of the Year;
 * Busted Jeeper of the Year;
 * First Year Jeeper of the Year;
 * Junior Jeeper of the Year

During the AGM we will provide a summary of the previous years activities, all Committee positions will be spilled and you will have the opportunity to vote in your new Committee.

Voting for Committee positions will be in person or via Proxy.  If you are unable to attend or are attending via Zoom please send in your proxy.


We will also have a short presentation from Meridian Maps!

The meeting will commence at 7:30pm with Pizza and Drinks available from 7:00pm.  The session will be held at our normal venue at 21A Electra Avenue in Ashwood. A  Zoom link will be sent out closer to the date for those who are unable to attend in person.

So that we can cater correctly, if you are planning to attend,  please book onto the event.
