August Members Meeting & Annual General Meeting
Our August Members Meeting and Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 7:30pm on Tuesday, 25 August 2025.
This is one of the biggest events on our calendar! During the evening, we will present awards including:
- Trip Leader of the Year
- Jeeper of the Year
- Best First Year Jeeper
- Junior Jeeper
- And more
The AGM will include a review of the Club’s activities over the past 12 months. All Committee positions will be declared vacant, and members will have the opportunity to elect the Committee for the 2026/2027 year.
The meeting will be held at our usual venue: 21A Electra Avenue, Ashwood
Food and drinks will be available from 7:00pm.
There will also be some fantastic raffle prizes up for grabs throughout the evening.
Voting for Committee positions can be completed either in person or by proxy.
