Club Meetings

Our general members meetings are held on the last Tuesday of each month at 7.00pm for 7.30pm start, this includes pre-meeting supper, drinks, tea and coffee. To cater for all members, we also run a zoom stream of the meeting so members who can’t be there in person can join in. But its better if you can be there as we often have raffles and door prizes and other activities to make it that extra bit of fun.

Our meetings are generally more casual and are great fun. Meetings give you the opportunity of catching up and socialise with other members, some meetings may also include guest presenters. All meetings are conducted in a rather informal manner except for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is held at the August meeting.

Meetings are usually held at Ashwood Hall in Electra Ave Ashwood. But check your emails for any variation to this as some meetings may have a different venue or location. This information is always emailed to members and is on the Members Home Page of the website.

Come along to one of our meetings and have a chat with members and see how we do things. Our meetings are usually held in Ashwood which is near Mt. Waverley and is fairly central to most of our members. It's close to the Monash and Eastlink and easy to get to. We usualy have a guest speaker or interesting presentation for members as well as door prizes and raffles. We also supply dinner and drinks (usually pizza) so come along and get to know us.
