Copies are also distributed to Victorian Parliamentary members, staff at Parks Victoria, DEECA, commercial outlets and interested members of the public, FWDV training courses and four wheel drivers at public events (eg. National 4X4 Show Melbourne, Victorian 4WD Show and other regional outdoor and specialty shows).

TRACKWATCH Magazine Update

Four Wheel Drive Victoria is currently reviewing the association 'Trackwatch' magazine and how it is distributed, who it reaches, and also ensuring it has the most impact on readers.

To ensure the magazine can be sustainable for the future for hard copies due to postage costs and the high number of copies it produces.

FWDV will be implementing the following changes:

  • Free hard copies will now only be posted to each club's nominated or preferred postal address for the number required for all members
  • Clubs can also request additional free copies to be included, which can be given to new or prospective member
  • Greater opportunities for clubs and members to submit articles for each edition here

What will remain:

  • Four editions of the magazine per year: Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring
  • Digital copies are available for reading on the FWDW website here
  • Digital editions via FWDV social media platforms
