Our August Members meeting and AGM will be at 7:30pm on Tuesday 25th August, 2025.
This will be a big one! There will be trophies presented for: Trip Leader of the Year; Jeeper of the Year and Best First Year Jeeper etc.. During the AGM will we will provide a summary of the previous year‘s activities, all Committee positions will be spilled and you will have the opportunity to vote in your new Committee.
The meeting will be held in our normal venue at 21A Electra Avenue Ashwood. Food and drinks will be available from 7:00pm. And there will be some great raffle prizes to be won.
Voting for Committee positions will be in person or via Proxy. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND OR ARE ATTENDING VIA ZOOM PLEASE SEND IN YOUR PROXY.
